6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, and contact number.

Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful if the address is incomplete, the recipient is unavailable, or the courier cannot contact the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to re-delivery where permitted and communicated to the customer.

7. Delayed or Missing Shipments

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain the packaging and take photographs where possible. Report the issue to us promptly so that we can review it under our Replacement & Refund Policy.
