Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy

Last Updated: 19 October 2026

At Fame Drugs, we aim to provide customers with a reliable shopping experience. This policy explains how to report a product issue and request a replacement, return, or refund where eligible.

1. Reporting Period

Customers must report any product-related issue within 3 days of receiving the order.

Please contact our customer support team within this period and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or videos where appropriate.

Requests reported after this period may not qualify under our standard policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Eligible Reasons for a Request

A request may be considered if:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery.
  • The product is defective or has a verifiable quality issue.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The package or its contents differ materially from the confirmed order.

All requests are subject to review and verification.

3. Product Condition

Where a return is approved, the product should generally be kept in its original packaging and condition, along with any invoice, labels, accessories, or other items supplied with the order.

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, tampered-with, or improperly stored products may not be eligible for return unless the issue or applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Ayurvedic and Herbal Products

As we deal in Ayurvedic and herbal products, customers are requested to check the product description, quantity, packaging, ingredients, and usage instructions before placing an order.

Minor variations in appearance, colour, texture, or packaging may occur where consistent with the product's characteristics and specifications. Such variations alone may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

However, this does not affect a customer's rights regarding defective, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming products under applicable law.

5. Replacement or Refund Process

Once a request is received, our team may ask for additional information or evidence to assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, product availability, and applicable requirements, an eligible request may be resolved through:

  • Replacement of the affected product.
  • A refund to the original payment method or another lawful method agreed upon.
  • Another appropriate resolution permitted under applicable law.

We will communicate the next steps after reviewing the request.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated through the original payment method, where possible. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or payment method.

Any applicable refund timeline will be communicated during the resolution process.

7. Return Shipping

If the issue is verified as damage, defect, or an incorrect product attributable to our fulfilment process, we will communicate the appropriate return or replacement arrangements.

For other approved returns, any applicable shipping costs will be communicated before the return is arranged, subject to applicable law.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order has been dispatched.

If an order is cancelled by Fame Drugs after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

9. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Your name and registered phone number or email address.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Supporting photographs or videos, where applicable.
